Located in a 2-story property built in 1880, this apartment is perfect for a great weekend getaway or as your home away from home, complete with a bistro-style patio to enjoy Over-the-Rhine (OTR). This apartment offers a nicely equipped kitchen with granite and marble countertops, perfect for preparing coffee and eggs in the morning and relaxing at the breakfast bar. The historically-accurate bedroom sizes are functional, featuring a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Exposed brick walls and hardwood floors add to the charm, complemented by a 2-basin bathroom vanity and a laundry room. Full-length mirrors are provided for getting ready. Free parking for 2 vehicles is available in the garage. A custom guide to the neighborhood, accessible on your phone, is provided. Ideally situated just a half block from Music Hall, Washington Park, and the Streetcar stop, this apartment is in a calm residential pocket of OTR. It's within walking distance to a vast array of restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, and wine producers, including Rhinegiest, Taft's, and Christian Moerlein. Findlay Market is also just 3 blocks away. The neighborhood is known for its Italianate architecture and is undergoing a major renaissance, offering a vibrant social scene with proximity to everything without the raucous bar crowd and impossible parking. Please be aware that there are a couple of entry steps, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility needs. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am; disturbances may lead to reservation termination without refund. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $200 re-keying fee.
