Plus, with a soft water system and new water heater, you'll have peace of mind knowing the appliances and plumbing are in tip-top shape. Best of all, we're not some distant corporate landlords; we're a local family who believes in being honest and doing the right thing. We are always a text away and promptly address concerns or repairs that may come up. We can't wait to welcome you to the community! Lease: 8 - 24 Months, Month-to-Month available after lease terms Deposit Details: Equivalent to 1 month of rent. Unless there is any major damage to the property, the full deposit will be given back after move-out. Pets are not allowed to be left unsupervised on the balcony. > Dog waste stations are located throughout the community and picking up after your dog is required - failure to clean up after pets will result in a fine.
