Property Ratings at 2020 University Ave
Rowdy neighbors at ungodly hours, paper thin walls, stolen packages.. you get what you pay for at this location, management is absent. Don't put yourself through this
I've lived at this location for 4 years. In this time my biggest complaint would be the way the building is managed. The system in which the building is outdated and does not offer convenience to the renter. Minor updates to accessibility to contact the landlord, through a website, email, or better availability with phones, would make any maintenance related issues much easier to bring up. One other issue would be the way rent is processed, if you dont own a physical check book, then you're out of luck. Aside from these few complaints, I have enjoyed the location and size of the apartments offered for the price. Everything nearby is much higher in rent.
