This townhouse offers a private entrance and free parking. This spacious home features a full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The open living area includes a large TV and a dining area with a cozy breakfast nook. For your comfort, air conditioning and heating are provided, along with a washer and dryer, and essential linens and towels. Enjoy a resort-style pool complete with a lazy river, a slide, and water-play features. An indoor playground offers a safe haven for younger guests, and a well-equipped gym is available. The on-site restaurant, bar, and ice-cream shop provide convenient dining options. A small private patio with seating offers a quiet spot to start or end the day. Long-term stays are welcomed. Nestled within Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, this home is conveniently located just minutes from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Easy access to I-4 and I-192 makes exploring the region straightforward, and Orlando International Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive. The nearby Highlands Reserve Golf Club offers an additional leisure option. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
