Looking for someone to move in to this studio ASAP which is located at Post Uptown Village which is located on Allen St. only 4 blocks from Mckinney Ave. November rent was already paid so your first rent installment wouldn't be due till December 3rd. No need for security deposit as I have already taken care of that as well. When lease ends, the individual living in the studio can pocket that security deposit of $150. Rent is $1,090 a month and the lease ends May 23rd. So the individual moving in is only paying for about 5 and 3/4 months rent and has the opportunity to renew the lease if interested. The courtyard picture is the view from the back window, the studio is on the first floor, the building has a key fob activated gate at each entrance, has brand-new carpet, laundry room two doors down the hall (never seen someone else use it), 2 pools, a gym, office with free wifi and printer, and a parking garage connected to the building which, comes with 1 free parking pass. Application process costs $280 and is a very quick and simple process due to the excellent management. Looking for someone to move in immediately. Not open to solicitations.
