We have (2) beautiful 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Apartments available 07/14/2018 Both are ground-floor units in the main building which has 8 apartments total. All of our ground floor apartments are wheelchair accessible throughout the entire unit. It has a spacious roll in shower for easy access. The kitchen sink and cook-top are also open underneath for use of the entire kitchen. There is a coin operated laundry area on the premises for all tenants. Tenants pay for electricity, and gas heat. Water/sewer/trash is included with the rent. Monthly rent: $850/Sec. Dep: $425; Application fee: $50/money order and nonrefundable. *No pets allowed *Non-smoking environment.
