The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the entire reservation. Our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
