This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby, including Premium Parking P346 (a 2-minute walk) and street parking. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Located in the Central Business District, on the corner of Common St. & Magazine St., this apartment is just outside of the French Quarter, and a few minutes walk to Bourbon Street. You will be minutes away from the French Quarter and surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries. It's a 7-minute drive to Caesar’s Superdome & Smoothie King Center and a 3-minute walk to Caesar’s Casino & The Fillmore. Convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. The rooftop is under construction. We may use video surveillance in public areas. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $500 fine. The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed; violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction; violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
