Street parking in the Central Business District and Warehouse District is $3.00 an hour, while parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators being charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
