Every detail, from the curated decor to the cozy touches, has been chosen to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. As a guest, you’ll be able to enjoy an amazing city skyline view from the rooftop patio with a spacious, partially covered sitting area perfect for a small gathering or date night for two. This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby. Premium Parking P346 is a 2-minute walk and typically costs $30–35 per night. Street parking in the Central Business District and Warehouse District is $3.00 an hour, while parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Daily housekeeping services are available upon your request for an additional fee. While you enjoy your stay in the jazz capital of the world, you’ll be conveniently located steps from the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as famous cafes, bistros, and music clubs on Bourbon Street. You will be literally minutes away from the French Quarter. Located in the NOLA Central Business District, on the corner of Common St. and Magazine St., you can walk to Bourbon in just a few minutes. It's a 7-minute drive to Caesar’s Superdome and Smoothie King Center, and a 3-minute walk to Caesar’s Casino and The Fillmore. Surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries, you'll have convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. Nearby attractions include the French Quarter and Bourbon St. (0.3 mi), Caesar’s Superdome and Smoothie King Center (1 mi), Caesar’s Casino and Fillmore New Orleans (0.2 mi), National WWII Museum (1 mi), Ernest N. The rooftop is under construction. The building is located on a lively downtown street, and the noise from the city may be disturbing in the evenings. We may use video surveillance in public areas for your safety. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators being charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
