This apartment is minutes away from the French Quarter and surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries, with convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
