About This Property
We are looking for one more roommate at 201 E. Elizabeth St., Fort Collins, CO. Our huge house is right next to the CSU campus. It is leased by a student housing corporation called The Adytum Collective Inc. The house is the home to Sigma Pi Fraternity at CSU although you don’t have to be in the fraternity to live in the house. The fraternity is renting out the last space in a double room in the house during the 2021-22 school year for $725/month which also covers all utilities. Although joining the fraternity is not a requirement of residency, it’s an option in the fall. Each resident signs an individual year lease. Sigma Pi (https://sites.google.com/view/sigmapicsu/home) is a very friendly social fraternity and welcomes non-members. Interested? Call/text Matt for a tour at 720-323-7791.
