Property Ratings at 2000 West Creek Apartments
It used to be a great place to live but current management only cares about adding stuff that shows well and not about maintaining the property and enforcing rules around the complex. There is trash in the halls constantly even though there are clear rules against it. On a sunny weekend there are so many visitors at the pool the residents can’t get seats. When you bring it up to the office they say we’ll look into it but never do anything.

This is a very relaxing community. Full of friendly people who we are lucky enough to call neighbors!!!
Great community. The peace is kept and the cleanliness of the property is above and beyond. Staff is always warm and welcoming and the clubhouse always smells amazing.
We have lived here for the past 9 months and have never had a problem.
2000 West Creek is a beautiful and safe place to live. The only downside is the cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and mulch bed and continued smoking on balconies by a few neighbors despite multiple complaints to the office. Its a non smoking complex, but unfortunately a few residents dont seem to care.
There are so many positives about his apartment community. The location is central to Short Pump, Chesterfield, and Downtown. The actual apartment has ample room for the cost and awesome/updated finishes. The amenities are plentiful from a huge dog run and dog spa area, a big gym, and a heated pool available year round. Most important the leasing office has been knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with.
Standard responses to all requests or inquiries of any nature are predictable. Staff is Excellent at reading the Q-Cards!

Ever since we've moved in, it's been lovely. Patrick and Mercedes are always so friendly and helpful and knew our names right away- they even knew our dogs name! It feels like you're in a community full of friends. The office and maintenance team are always swift and efficient in taking action for our concerns. We look forward to continuing to live here and seriously I tell everyone I know that this is the best apartment complex in Richmond.
Grounds are very pretty. Club house and Amenities nice- Heated pool and nice gym- staff is friendly!

The West Creek community offers a pleasant neighborhood that is in a quiet area and is also very convenient in any direction. The staff members are polite and helpful.
Main lobby and mail room kept very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Great Location, Very Clean, FRIENDLY STAFF, always willing to address any questions we have. So far out first week has been nice.

Brina and her entire staff, maintenance, have done an outstanding job on caring about the residents here, work on keeping you updated on Covid-19 information daily. Their ability to bend over backwards in working with the residents financial situations have been incredible. Thanks to everyone involved in making this a wonderful place to live. I love the property. My dog loves the dog park, this whole community is very relaxing and everyone is so nice!
We have been very satisfied with the modern ambiance of the apartment, the beauty of the surroundings as well as the attentiveness of the staff. It really does put off a resort-type vibe which is what we were looking for as interim place to live while settling here in Richmond.
Big disappointment in the past 6 months. New management is sub par.

I've had to do two maintenance requests so far because I just moved into 2000 West Creek on June 24th, 2020. Both requests were solved the same day in a professional manner; the staff in the office is nice and the maintenance staff is efficient. This is my first time living in an apartment but the awesomeness of this residence is making it an amazing experience for me.
Any calls I have placed for maintenance have been promptly addressed and solved, thanks to our community management.
Pleasant community and great staff! Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. During this time of "isolation," the food truck service is a nice amenity, and it would be good to continue as we adjust to our new normal.
2000 West Creek is the best location for young professionals in Richmond. Quick access to the highway, and right around the corner from Shortpump Town Center. Great staff and Maintenance team that is quick to respond to requests or concerns. Regular events are arranged for community members which are fun and help to bring the community together. :)

2000 West Creek is a wonderful apartment for any person during any stage of life. This was my first experience living alone after college and I have experienced nothing but hospitality, care, and safety while I have lived here. Also, do not forget that these apartments are GORGEOUS. I am coming up on my lease and have absolutely renewed it because the quality of life here is indescribable! Management is awesome - they know you by name and treat you with so much respect. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect apartment with the person above me making my life a perfect nightmare. I stopped moving my things in after 2 weeks bc it is unlivable and before this I lived less than a quarter mile from railroad tracks before-and that was not a problem in the least. I'm NOT a light sleeper, etc...this is insanity.
The personnel staff \ leasing manager at this facility is amazing. Excellent communicator and great listening skills with wonderful customer service skill set.

I've lived here for about a month, and it is amazing. The amenities are the best I've seen! Love the heated salt water pool. Pet friendly. Unless someone is stomping around you don't hear any noise from neighbors. Highly recommend!
We have been living here for almost a year now and it has been great. Any issues that have occurred have been taken care of very quickly. With the amenities provided it’s like living at a resort! All staff are happy to help.
This apartment building has the best amenities in Richmond period. The pool is amazing and one of the biggest reasons we decided to choose here. Also very convenient to downtown.
I have now lived here now for six months. There were lots of issues transitioning from construction to operation however they now appear to be in the past for the most part. The apartments themselves are some of the nicest in the area. The common spaces (pool, clubhouse, etc.) are incredible. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is great. It is very quiet in the neighborhood but you are only one minute from 288 and less than ten minutes from Short Pump. Plus you can be downtown in 25 minutes.
Nothing of interest around here, complex is still way under construction, no pool ready. The apartment is way way over priced much better already built options available in short pump. This place is not honest especially with the website pictures of the pool. Don’t bother

We encourage you to come back for a visit as our amenities are incredible and open for use. We did have renderings to show what was to come here at 2000 West Creek and now our community looks even better! Our official grand opening took place on August 22nd, 2018. We hope you will give us another chance to show you why 2000 West Creek is the best place to live in Richmond, VA!
We visited the property a couple of weeks ago, we decided not to rent one. With that being said we gave them a deposit of $200.00 to hold a place for us. We were not told that the money could not be refunded to us at anytime. I asked several times & the assistant reassured e that there would be no problem getting my money back. When I spoke again to her she said the Property Manager said no it would not. We have not filled out an application nor are the apartments anywhere near completion. So beware of giving your money to them, this is a bad way to start a new community.
