Preliminary applications are now being accepted.Preliminary applications received on or before December 17, 2025, will be included in a randomselection process (AKA “lottery). Preliminary applications received after that date will beprocessed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants will be provided with information regardingthe lottery prior to the lottery taking place.The one-bedroom unit monthly rents will range from $572.63 to $1,334.25; two-bedroom unitmonthly rents will range from $681.50 to 1,595.00 and the three-bedroom unit monthly rents willrange from $782.63 to 1,838.25. Water will be included in the rent.
