About This Property

This is a great townhouse at Ledgewood Estates, within walking distance to Oak Grove train station. You have a fully applianced kitchen with pantry closet, dining area, large living room and a half bath on the first floor. Access to a private patio and some lawn area as this is a corner unit. The second floor consists of two large bedrooms, extra large closets throughout, a full bath with W/D. BBQ area, Central air, your choice of Verizon or Xfinity for internet service.This is a pet friendly unit with approval. Floors are ceramic tile, WW, and laminate for easy cleaning. You have access to a large dumpster for refuse removal, and the grounds are professionally cared for. All interested parties will have to fill out an application and show proof of credit score. If all goes well, you will sit down and sign a 12 month lease and have a check for security deposit and half month fee.
