The outdoor patio includes a BBQ grill and dining area, and the interior is professionally designed with modern décor. Outdoor and garage amenities, such as BBQ grills and fire pits, are provided as a courtesy for guests' enjoyment. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Conveniently located with quick access to I-84, you’ll be minutes from shopping, dining, parks, and popular attractions around Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise. The home is a great base for exploring the Treasure Valley while enjoying a quiet residential setting. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property; smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Exterior security cameras are present for the safety of guests and the property.
