The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. This is not a heated pool. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash.
