About This Home
I'm offering a long-term rental (12-months) for a 2 BR / 2.5 BA townhouse in the Kingman Park / Capitol Hill East neighborhood. It's a five-minute walk from the Stadium/Armory metro (Blue/Orange line); 15-minute walk from H Street / Atlas District; and 10-minute walk from Lincoln Park. One off-street parking spot is provided with the townhome. The townhome is available now. You can stop by most evenings and on weekends to check it out. Tenant must sign a twelve-month lease, with security deposit. There will be a $47 application fee which covers the cost of a background search which provides me with your FICO credit score, credit summary, and court-system check. It will be refunded if I decline to rent to you. FAQS 1) What are utilities like? The electric bill (separately metered unit) runs about $50/mo during the Spring/Summer/Fall months, while the four winter months average $105/mo. The monthly average over the entire last year was $68/mo. Water and trash are included in the rent. 2) How big is the townhome? About 1200 sq. ft. 3) Is the place still available? Yes, if you see this post up then I haven't signed a lease yet. 4) Is there a washer/dryer? Yes, there is a stacked front-loading pair in the pantry in the kitchen. Matt This housing provider is an equal opportunity housing provider. I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, handicap, familial status, or, in accordance with D.C. law, on the basis of orientation, gender identity or expression, or source of income.
