One off-street parking spot is provided with the townhome. The townhome is available now. You can stop by most evenings and on weekends to check it out. Tenant must sign a twelve-month lease, with security deposit. There will be a $47 application fee which covers the cost of a background search which provides me with your FICO credit score, credit summary, and court-system check.
