This apartment offers a perfect mix of comfort and chic, with airy ceilings and soft natural light. Designed for up to four guests, this peaceful space features an open layout with simple, balanced design. The building provides elevator access to all floors and secure keycard entry. This apartment is thoughtfully designed with luxury linens, in-unit laundry, and small-batch toiletries. Entertainment includes a Smart TV (sign in to your apps), a Bluetooth record player, and a curated vinyl collection. The fully equipped kitchen includes chef’s knives, cookware, bar tools, small-batch teas, assorted spices, reusable paper towels, a French press, Chemex, burr grinder, and locally roasted beans for slow mornings. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and includes Handmade in La Conner lotion, micellar water, makeup remover, Ranger Station shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Blackout curtains, eyeshades, and earplugs are provided for light sleepers. A pack-n-play is available upon request at booking. There is no on-site parking, but paid street parking and nearby lots are available within a couple of blocks. Guests are responsible for any parking citations, towing fees, or fines incurred during their stay. Stay in the heart of downtown Birmingham, steps from the city’s best restaurants, cocktail bars, and music venues. The William is at the center of Birmingham’s vibrant 2nd Avenue North district, offering excellent walkability. Carrigan’s Bar is right downstairs. Enjoy dining at Helen, Bayonet, The Essential, El Barrio, Cafe Dupont, Paramount, Trattoria Centrale, Salud, Reve, and Pizitz Food Hall, all within a few blocks. Coffee shops like Cala Coffee (1 block) and Frothy Monkey (3 blocks) are nearby. Walk to the Alabama Theatre, The Lyric, and McWane Science Center, or take a short ride to The Nick, BJCC, Uptown, and Boutwell Auditorium. UAB is less than 1 mile away, and St. Vincent’s is approximately 2 miles. Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) is a 10-minute drive. Rideshare services, electric scooters, and bikeshare stations are widely available for convenient transportation. This apartment is managed by a trusted partner. Self check-in and check-out are available via Keycafe at the 3rd Avenue entrance. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Unapproved late departures are charged $50 per hour, rounded up, and may incur additional costs if they interfere with incoming reservations. Lost, missing, or unreturned keys or key cards will incur a $100 replacement fee per item. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Noise-monitoring devices are in use at the property to help respond to neighbor concerns; these devices detect decibel levels only and do not record conversations. Continued disturbances or failure to respond may result in early termination of the reservation without refund. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors; a $200 remediation fee will apply if evidence of indoor smoking is found, plus any additional cleaning or operational costs. No pets are permitted; bringing a pet without prior written approval will incur a $300 unauthorized pet fee per animal, additional cleaning charges, damage/remediation costs, and costs due to guest relocation/refunds/operational disruption, and may result in termination of the reservation without refund. No parties or events are allowed; if unreported overnight guests are brought, a gathering is hosted, or maximum occupancy is exceeded without prior written approval, additional guest fees (up to 2x the applicable rate) may be charged, and/or the reservation may be terminated without refund. If excess occupancy results in additional cleaning, damage, refunds, relocation, or other operational costs, guests agree to reimburse those expenses. Firearms and weapons are not permitted on the property. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or disruptions caused by anyone in their group. Some ambient sound from Carrigan’s and the lobby below, as well as expected nightlife sounds from the downtown adult-oriented location, may be present.
