There is access to the private fenced back yard through the kitchen with a dog door installed. Parking for this unit is in the off-street 2 car cement driveway in front of the unit. Tenants will not have access to the asphalt driveway to the north and no garage use is included. Wifi is included with the rent price. This home is located just minutes away from Sloan's Lake, Aviation Park and the Highlands area of Denver.
