If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will result in a fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. The unit contains active smoke detectors. Tampering with these devices or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund. Entry requires a smart lock and/or lockbox, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Check-in instructions will be sent via email or message.
