Property Ratings at 19 East
We have lived here for 5 months and the last 3 months have been miserable. The people they moved in above us have a toddler that screams and stomps around constantly during the day and the adults yell and walk around throughout the night. Multiple attempts to have this situation rectify just get a "we've tried talking to them" from management. To be fair the managers have offered to move us, but if we aren't the problem why do we have to pay to move and pay more for the more expensive unit? As soon as its in the budget we are moving out.

I've lived in this building since July, and have to say that I'm very impressed, both with the value you get for the price you pay, and with the great staff who work in the downstairs office. Jonathan, O'Neil, Rebecca, and Damian are all fantastic. Friendly, fun, and importantly fast to respond to issues. Once I had an issue with the AC unit in my apartment, and within an hour of sending the email O'Neil was there to check on it. Next Damian came in on his off day to take a look, and it was fixed right away. I'm glad that my girlfriend and I chose this building over the others in the area - we are both very happy, and don't intend to leave anytime soon. This place is a gem.

We've been living here for 2 months now and do not have anything bad to say. The move-in specials and amenities are amazing for the area. Several units have terraces which are a HUGE plus. Definitely check out this complex if you're looking to live in the area.
