The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. Both bathrooms have a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, or $300 for 30+ nights. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
