About This Property
Unit #1 is a large 1-bedroom, 1-bath corner apartment on the first floor of a beautiful Mid-Century Modern building. This apartment is ready for viewing with our self-serve showing system; details are below. NOTE - New kitchen appliances have been ordered and will be installed ASAP We use a very unique showing system -- it allows you to view the apartment all by yourself and on your own recognizance. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week from 8AM-8PM for your convenience. Much like going to the gas station to pump your own gas, you can drive to our building and view your new apartment! Please call our office at 954-566-8998 for more information about the apartment or to receive instructions on how to use the self-serve system. AVOID SCAMS - Please note that you must personally register for the self-serve system in order to receive an entry code to view the apartment. Apartment #1 is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath corner apartment on the first floor of a beautiful Mid-Century Modern building. It boasts a brand new kitchen (new appliances on order and will be installed ASAP), is fully tiled, and has ceiling fans as well as two wall-mounted A/C units - one in the main living area and one in the bedroom. Window blinds are provided. The apartment features a big living area with a tall corner window, and the kitchen has a door to the outside. The bedroom has a nice walk-in closet, and there is a big linen closet in the hallway. FYI, we impose a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment. There is a large in ground pool within the interior courtyard, as well as an on-site laundry area for your convenience. Parking - both street and off-street - is plentiful but is not assigned. The 4-spaces in the front of the building marked as "reserved" are currently rented by existing tenants. Small pets (dogs or cats up to 25 lbs) are allowed, and dog breed restrictions are in place for the safety of our tenants and neighbors. FYI, a one-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing, and there is a maximum of two pets per apartment. The property is located on a quiet Hollywood street and is just a few minutes to the shopping and great dining options found on Hollywood Boulevard and near Young Circle. The building is located 1 block west of Federal Highway, and the location gives quick access to the highway system, the airport, and the beaches. $80.00 application fee per person over the age of 18. Background screening is required and performed with each application, and lease terms are for 12 months. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit, which varies from 1-3 months' rent. Note that we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance.
