Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community in Kissimmee, the villa places you within a short drive of Orlando’s top attractions. Disney World is about 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld roughly 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F, or a fine of up to $500 may be incurred. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
