About This Property

Property Id: 1534386 Hello! We have 1 room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There are currently two girls in their 20s living here, and we would prefer another girl. We have 2 pets (a cat and a dog) so unfortunately the unit can't have more pets. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom, but we could provide a bed, dresser, and TV if wanted! We are pretty clean and usually quiet, sometimes we have movie nights. The complex has a pool, hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, and a nice clubhouse and movie theater that is free to use or available to rent for private screenings. It also has 2 dog parks and a really nice courtyard for outdoor grilling and hanging out. We both enjoy the outdoors and like going out for trivia nights at local breweries. The lease can start ASAP, but July rent is paid, so the first payment wouldn't be until August and it ends May 18th, 2025. The facility pays for water, sewer, and trash, so we would split WiFi, electric, and gas. Message if you have questions!
