The unit has an in-unit washer/dryer, ample closet space, a full kitchen with room for a breakfast table. The apartment is in a two-unit townhouse and the owners live upstairs. The apartment is one block from the U Street/Cardozo metro and convenient to all the U Street bars and nightlife, but on a fairly quiet block. Utilities are $125 (gas, electricity, and water). Shared or individual wifi is available. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the apartment. Available 9/1/2024 or later.
