About 1837 Shirley Ln Ann Arbor, MI 48105

I am looking to relet our 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment at Willowtree Apartments on Plymouth Road. Rent is $1128 per month including heat and water. We also want to sell all of our furniture to whoever is moving into the apartment next. Everything is in excellent condition (less than 5 years old), and we have done some painting/decorating to make the apartment a bit nicer. Current lease expires in August 2017, however renewal is possible (and encouraged). Please see images for floor plan. The cost of the furniture is negotiable, however we are looking to get ~$2000. Included (at a minimum) are the following items (see images), although we are open to negotiations for more/less of what is shown: Bedroom #1: Queen bed frame, slatted bed base, queen mattress, 2x 3-drawer chests Bedroom #2: Computer desk, bookcase Living Room: Coffee table, TV table, Dining bar table, 4x bar chairs, sofa, love seat, 2x side tables Kitchen: Kitchen cart, table, 2x chairs, microwave, toaster Other: Most decorations and wall art are included Refrigerator, oven, and a dishwasher are included in the price of rent (not yours to keep). Electricity is provided by DTE and is to be paid by the people who move in. Parking is free. There are laundry units in the building, however there is a fee per load. There is a gym, pool, tennis court, and basketball courts on the property. The apartment is in a nice, quiet area, within 2 minutes of North Campus. It is also easy to get to downtown or the highway, which makes traveling to/from extremely easy. The view from the apartment is nicer than most in the area (see image).
