About This Property

I'm reletting my private room (with private, attached bath!) it is one bedroom within an apartment unit of 3 bedrooms. It's a five minute walk from University of Oregon in the West University Neighborhood. This unit is within an apartment complex which is primarily set up as student living, so it's perfect for college students! Please note that you will have to submit proof of income or have a guarantor co-sign in order to qualify for the lease!! The rest of the unit comes with all appliances including fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room is furnished! I bought all the furniture shown in the photos myself brand-new, but I'm moving back to Portland and will have no need for the furniture so I'm willing to leave it all behind for a good deal :)

Stroll among the Douglas fir trees and view thousands of rhododendrons and other plants in the Rhododendron Garden. Use binoculars to identify the many bird species in the park, or take a picnic basket and relax among the wildflowers.
