The South University neighborhood abuts the south border of the University of Oregon, giving students and employees an easy commute to the school. South University combines residential homes with green spaces offering excellent views of Eugene. The city's downtown and lively commercial district lie just two miles west, allowing residents to reach it with a quick bus ride from their apartments.

South University residents love the outdoors, and the 80-acre Hendricks Park provides ample recreational activities. Stroll among the Douglas fir trees and view thousands of rhododendrons and other plants in the Rhododendron Garden.
