Gas heat with tenant provided window ACs allowed. Tenant pays all utilities. One month security deposit and first month rent due when lease is signed. Available now. No dangerous dog breeds allowed. $25/month additional rent for each cat and/or dog. Owner/Manager will take applications from interested parties and no fee will be charged at that time. Applications will be screened and based on applicants information a suitable tenant will be selected. At that time the applicant will need to pay for a background check for every adult that will be living in the unit.
