Looking for someone to take over lease ending in July 2018 beginning approximately November 15th. $250 security deposit, $1,339/mo. There are only 5 3 bedroom apartments in this great community and they are hard to get. Only moving because I do not need the space any longer, and I hate to give up this apartment.
