While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

I love how clean and friendly this apartment is! The amenities are great and it is overall just peaceful living here.
My experience has been great. Great staff. Great location.
So far everything is fine. Other than the club room restroom for ladies has been an issue . And one day i walked to use it that surprised me that the door was unlocked but the toilet was clogged after using. I hope they fix it !
Everyone is very nice and professional here at 1818.I also have to note the people that live here especially the guys have got to be the most helpful and friendly bunch of humans in society today..So i thank everyone who has been helpful to me.greatly appreciated. Vicki
The location is excellent ! It's nearby fast food restaurants gas station across the street groceries stores 3-5 minutes away. Nothing more to ask for. We are very happy we got it here !

Don’t rent here!! Property not well maintained due to no budget to fix things like ELEVATORS AND AMENITIES… cigarettes and marijuana smoke fills the hallways

Living at the 1818 has been a complete upgrade from where I was living before. This place has almost anything I could ask for in a place to live. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience starting the application process. The property manager Alexis was beyond helpful during the entire process. She made sure all of our questions were answered. Very thankful to have her as a greystar staff member. She’s just wonderful.

Hands down, this is the best apartment I’ve lived in. If I ever have any concerns, the staff is always helpful. I wasn’t having a good day and I stopped by the office, I had a great conversation with the managers. This was so comforting and they were able to hand me some helpful resources and checked with me later.

1818 Team are a great sample of a good management team. Great people from the leasing office to the maintenance people and everyone. They are very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and very professional.

1818 apartment is very spacious. The maintainance team and the office team have been professional in informing any issues and fixing the amenities since the day I have moved in. I like how the pool is on the roof top.
1818 Platinum Apartments was recommended to me bc it is income based and apparently Greystar is a great apartment company. From making the tour appointment to moving in, I have had a great experience. Shelby from the leasing office provided amazing help and made the move-in process smooth sailing. The apartment has a rooftop pool, movie theater, 24hr gym, and two conference rooms that are great for studying. We were initially concerned about potential noise from the Angel stadium, but with the doors closed we don't hear anything. I haven't been living here too long but so far it's been a great experience!

Coffee room , and better amenities all surrounding apartments are similar priced amd have such better quality amenities
It may not be the most modern apartment buildings in the area but the location is perfect. Closer to restaurants and starbucks. The apartment units are bigger than the surrounding apartment complex. It's quieter as well. They offer additional parking for your extra car (with pay). Some apartments don't and if they do the waiting list is long.
I enjoy leaving in this community. It's very nice and also quiet. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist with any if your needs as tenant. Looking forward to our new adventures in 1818.

We lived at 1818 Platinum Triangle previously and loved our experience. I am so happy to be moved back in, and could not be any happier with my apartment or the community. 1818 is a beautiful quiet community in a prime location in the Platinum Triangle. The office and onsite teams are extremely helpful and have many years of industry experience. The property is well kept and a new gym was built that really opened up the space. I would strongly recommend living at 1818!
We love the location and what 1818 has to offer. The staff has been working hard on the new transition and I know its gonna take time. But its a great place to live and we love it here!

Quiet indeed! - built to be condos but 08 crash changed plans and definitely obvious is now an apartment. Built with good intentions but run like an apartment. Pretty on outside, kind of like a styrofoam wedding cake! A cake of value needs ingredients! Great bones! Professional appearance but no experience or infrastructure of management. For the price, and as a previous home owner myself, I expected more.
