THIS IS A ROOM IN A 4 BED/1 BATH, not trying to be dishonest in the listing, couldn't find the "it's just a sublet room" option! Nice size, affordable room in Bushwick. Comes with built-in closet! Big window brings in lots of light! Approx 12x18ft space in in-line apartment. We are on the second floor of a private house and our apartment is 4 bed, 1 bath with full kitchen. Room comes slimly furnished with Full size bed, chair & table, kitchen supplies and such are all communal. Wifi and utilities are included in the price of rent. The building across the street is under construction so some noise and dust from that but not too bad!. If you are a New York driver like myself street parking is plentiful and the driveway to the house is available for rent through our owner. You'll be living with three individuals in our mid twenties to mid thirties and a cat who thinks he's a shark (long haired so allergies beware). Apartment atmosphere is very quiet, we mostly just stick to our own spaces and sometimes hang out in the local bars if we are looking to be social. Kitchen table is expandable so could host small gathering if you like. Plenty of laundry choices nearby, RiteAid not too far away down Broadway and a couple supermarkets in that direction as well. Not the best Seamless coverage, but if you are willing to be patient you can get all the good 3am Indian food your heart desires! Lots of cute restaurants, bars and coffee shops popping up nearby as gentrification does its thing. Easily best thing about the apartment is we are a half block away from the L train at Bushwick/Aberdeen and maybe five blocks from A/C/J/Z/L at Broadway Junction. My office is in Midtown and it takes me an easy 40 minute commute. In New York it doesn't matter where you live, it matters how close to the train you live!
