About This Property

Above-garage loft. We have family moving into the unit in at the beginning of November, so we're looking for someone only staying for about that long, 3 months. Travel nurses and other people just in town for temp work would be ideal, but we aren't picky. We're open to weekly or month-to-month rental, but we'd prefer to find someone who would stay the full 3 months just to minimize hassle. Unit is teensy but furnished with dishes, a washer/dryer, mini fridge, wifi, desk/chair, and a queen bed+frame with built in storage. Pictures just show the bedframe but we have a queen mattress being delivered Wednesday, which we'll supply with bedding of course. Utilities are all included in the price of rent.
