Hi there, I have an extra room to rent in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment I lease. You get your own bath. It's in a very nice location with a backyard. There are only 4 condos/apartments in this complex. Pretty quiet. I am a full time scientist working for a tech startup in Santa Ana. I will be gone weekdays during the day for work/ gym. I go out sometimes on the nights as well. Comes with the apartment - I have a drinking water filter in the kitchen and a shower filter installed in your bathroom. I try and keep the house chemicals free. Have very fast internet with wifi. washer and dryer in the garage. It is $1100 for the month. This includes, rent, water, electricity, gas, internet and trash. Pretty much you won't be paying any bills. There are only 3 other units in the building and I have very friendly neighbors and we usually hangout in the weekends, Sunday nights are Walking Dead nights at the neighbor's place. Also there is no contract to sign. Call or text me anytime and we can schedule an appointment. I think the unit is about 950 ft2 No pets are allowed in my building. Its the owner's policy. I don't smoke as well. unit available from 12/1/2016 . There is a balcony as well.
