About This Property

Furnished (option for unfurnished/semi-furnished too) 1700 square foot up/down "duplex" single family home. Two complete living spaces with kitchens and laundry on each level perfect for friends or family to remain close, yet have privacy. You can opt for separate entrances as well! Close to all major highways, 36 and 25 being the closest for easy access to downtown Denver (15 min) or Boulder (20-25 min)! 70 and 76 also close for easy access to the mountains! 30 minutes from the DIA. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away and the light rail is 3 miles. Close to grocery shopping at King Soopers or the Mercado. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Great Scotts Eatery, Smokin' Dave's BBQ and Bruz Beers Brewery. If you are interested in the furnished option, below is what is in the home: On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. There is a small desk in the bedroom with the full bed. Full size laundry (washer and dryer), full bathroom and full kitchen (refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher). The living room has an L-shaped couch/chaise with a cedar storage chest "coffee table," wall mounted Apple TV and wood burning fireplace. On the lower level, you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed. The living area has a comfy couch, chair with ottoman, wall mounted smart TV sits above a decorative electric fireplace, 3/4 bathroom, dining room table, kitchen bar and another full kitchen (gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). The backyard has a security light at the back door, patio table with 6 chairs, solar lights and is fenced in/private. There is plenty of room for cars in the new driveway providing you with off-street parking. Tenant is responsible for the Xcel monthly bill and snow removal. Rent includes, water, garbage/recycling, wifi and lawn mowing/trimming service, and a cleaning service every other month. Pets negotiable but no more than 2.
