A patio with picnic tables and fire pit allows tenants to enjoy time with friends and neighbors outside. Basic cable & internet are provided to all the tenants and included in the rent. Everything is electric so tenants are only responsible for the electric bill, and we charge a small $20 water fee per resident each month.
