I'm renting out my fully furnished condo for lease (at least a 6 months). I will likely be selling it next year around March, so I would want some flexibility for myself and for the tenant after the initial lease. You will love this location one block from 17th street (Restaurant Row) where there are great restaurants and coffee shops. Downtown is a mile away or short bike ride on the 16th street bike path. The unit is also directly next to a 7-eleven and Einstein Bagels. You will feel like you are in a tree house with the two beautiful private balconies with shade trees but plenty of light inside. There is a garage parking spot available. This place is ready to go with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, a storage space, antenna TV, high speed internet. Two washers and dryers are in the basement. I'm looking for a renter who will treat my condo well. I do references and a background check. I am asking $1800 a month. This excludes your energy bill, which will be charged in addition. Payment will be required up front, and the lease starts the first of the month. I also require a $1800 security deposit. $200 cleaning fee. The place is available immediately. I have 5 star hosting reviews on AirBnb, so let me know if you want to see this comfortable condo.
