The apartment features a very large living room with working fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas stove, and dishwasher. There is also a stacked washer/dryer for convenient laundry in the unit. Freshly painted and carpets newly cleaned. The smaller of the two bedrooms can easily fit a queen bed and large dresser, plus it has a large closet. The other bedroom is very large, easily 15x20 feet, with a large walk in closet. There are tons of windows allowing natural light in. For outdoor space, there's a small patio in the back, right off the larger bedroom (perfect for housing a grill) and the front of the house has a porch and stoop.
