Close to highway 91, downtown Northampton and downtown Easthampton and bike path.) Inside only cat considered (must stay in private living room and bedroom) No smoking. Owner has friendly medium sized dog that will occasionally greet you in shared hall. 1st month's rent, security deposit equal to one one's rent and agency fee equal to 60% one month's rent applies.
