The full bathroom includes premium essential toiletries. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, an ironing board, steamer, luggage rack, and a Smart TV. Just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, this apartment is a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. Smoking or vaping on the property, inside or outside, will result in a $250 cleaning fee and charges for any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property, and bringing a pet will result in a $250-$500 cleaning fee and a request to leave. No commercial photography is allowed.
