Free street parking is available nearby, but please do not park too close to intersections or crosswalks, as this may result in a ticket or towing. This centrally located apartment is just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property. If you are found to have brought a pet you will be charged a $250-$500 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave.
