As the property includes multiple detached units, there may be occasional noise from other guests. Please help maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog. All dogs must be declared in advance, be house-trained and non-aggressive, require a crate if left alone indoors, require a leash when outside, and are not allowed on furniture.
