The light-filled bedroom features a comfortable king bed, TV, generous storage, and floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the private balcony. The open living area is designed for both relaxation and functionality, featuring a modern sectional sofa and streaming TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes sleek cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counter space, making home-cooked meals and extended stays effortless. With high-speed 400 Mbps WiFi, thoughtful storage throughout, and a layout that feels airy and private, this apartment is ideal for guests who value space, views, and a central waterfront location. Access to The Grand’s premium amenities includes a hot tub, pool, gym, and sauna. An on-site dining option is available. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available for a $200 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, with requests made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Additional vehicles are $200 per month, subject to availability. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and paid directly to the building. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6". Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations. It's approximately 5–10 minutes to Wynwood, 15–20 minutes to South Beach, 5–10 minutes to the Design District, and 5 minutes to the Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center. Brickell City Centre is about 10–15 minutes away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is also within easy reach. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, with temporary pathways created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Missing streaming devices or remotes from the apartment after departure will result in a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; no visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
