The apartment has a renovated bathroom with modern shower, a walk-in closet, and kitchen with granite counters. There apartment has a spacious living and dining room open floor plan, with large windows. The bedroom fits a queen-sized bed. The apartment is located in the Boston House building, which has 24 hour front-desk service and security. There is a gorgeous roof deck with ready to use BBQs, lounge chairs, and tables overlooking the city. It's a quiet building and a great place to live! The location is a 5 minute walk to the Dupont Circle Metro and on the same block as the Brookings Institute and John Hopkins University. It also has convenient back door access to 17th street (near CVS, Duke's Grocery, and all the restaurants on 17th) and it is a short walk to the P street Whole Foods and all the bars and restaurants on 14th street. No smoking. 1 month security deposit and 1 year lease are required. Move in date is negotiable, but no later than April 1st. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed in the building. Viewing times are available upon request. Partial furnishing is negotiable and the tenant will have the option of renting the apartment with the couches in the living room (a pottery barn Greenwich couch and an IKEA pullout bed).
