Awesome apartment in great St Paul Midway neighborhood. Just a short ride to U of M on Green Line. Across the block from West Snelling light rail station that will provide continuous service to the University of Minnesota, Downtown Minneapolis, St Paul, etc. Also, only a few blocks to Hamline U, Macalester, Concordia College, St Kates, St Thomas, St Paul College, and MCTC. We cover heat, water sewer, and trash! There is a small parking lot in the back of the building and on-site laundry facilities. Call 951-783-6648 to set up a showing!
