No painting, wall-mounted TV installations, satellite dishes, security cameras attached to the structure, EV chargers, or other alterations without written approval. Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and are subject to applicable lease requirements. Tenant is responsible for all pet-related damages. Tenant shall maintain the yard, including mowing, weed control, irrigation, and snow removal, unless otherwise provided by the property manager. Property manager may conduct periodic property inspections with legally required notice. Move-out cleaning is required. Property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Tenant agrees to comply with all HOA rules, regulations, and community standards.
