With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 12. And the very best part is your very own backyard with a Jacuzzi. Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. With an open-concept layout and a huge island, this kitchen was made for socializing and entertaining. It’s been upgraded with unique blue cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a functional L-shape layout. This part of the house gets plenty of natural sunlight which makes it perfect for serene peaceful mornings. Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space available on the driveway. Complimentary laundry (washer and dryer) is included with your stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Welcome to Friendswood! Here are a few highlights to check out while you’re here: Stevenson Park, a vibrant city park with a playground, splash pad, ball courts, and a half-mile fitness trail [4 min drive], NASA Johnson Space Center, a 1700-acre facility used for mission control, training shuttle, and space station training for astronauts [12 min drive], Kemah Boardwalk, a family-friendly entertainment including retro rides, a wooden roller coaster, a two-story carousel, and plenty of restaurants and carnival games [22 min drive]. For those interested in exploring Houston, here are a few nearby attractions: Lone Star Flight Museum, home of the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame with vintage aircraft and rides on war planes [13 min drive], Hurling Hatchets Axe Throwing, an urban axe-throwing recreation facility with coaches to guide you through throwing and tons of great games [15 min drive], Exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for great restaurants, lively bars, and exciting times! Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am. No parties or events allowed. Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
