NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Resident to pay all utilities, lawn maintenance is through the HOA. Utilities include gas, electric, water, sewer, internet, garbage etc. As water and garbage is included in the HOA fees, Resident to pay $100 towards the HOA fees. The balance of the HOA fees, which includes lawn maintenance & snow removal, as well as club house amenities (pool, sports courts, clubhouse, picnic park) are paid by the Owner.
