Located one block from City Park and five minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's eight blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). Free street parking is limited to two hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday on our immediate block, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. Apply for a 90-day parking pass to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping. Violation of the no smoking/vaping policy will result in damages fees. Use the TV as a second monitor and get comfortable working from home.
